Our Security Maturity Assessment (SMA) is a unique blend of consulting expertise and a powerful technology platform, the SMA is a thorough assessment of your customer’s capabilities and consists of the following steps:

1. A lead consultant from our Cyber Security Advisory Services team will take the customer through their assessment process (interview-based workshop).

2. We will carry out an internal analysis & QA of their results.

3. The customer will recieve an executive report and summary of results. Their overall scores as well as recommendations for improvement will be provided. Typically we try to schedule a two-hour meeting with the customer where the CISO, CFO and/or CEO take part – this helps to validate the recommendations.
